Miss Ella [Columbus, OH Infant Photography]

When I first met this little sweetheart, one word came to mind, gorgeous! This is Ella at the sweet age of 11 weeks. She has the most amazing blue eyes and the sweetest little personality. I could have photographed her all day! I am so looking forward to her 6 month session. Thanks to her mom, Jennifer, for a great session!

Sweet Eliana [Columbus, OH Infant Photographer]

Sweet little Ellie is the daughter of my friend Karen. So, I was thrilled when she asked me to do Ellie's 3 month pics, along with some family pics with her husband, Brian. I had such a great time with Ellie, and adored Karen's ideas for their pics. Both Mom and Dad are musicians, so they wanted a few pics incorporating Momma's guitar and Daddy's drums. This little girl is going to grow up to be a star....I just know it!

Meeting Baby Eli [Columbus, Ohio Newborn Photographer]

I have been photographing this family for a year now. I was super excited when they asked me to do newborn pictures of Baby Eli, at the tender age of 8 days, in addition to their Christmas pictures this year. He was such a sweet baby! The day after these pictures were taken, Eli was admitted to the hospital with a congenital heart defect, and had to undergo surgery. He was a trooper and did wonderfully. He was home quickly and is now growing like a weed. Thanks to Amy and Aaron for giving me the opportunity to photograph Eli, Lily, and Sophie this year.

Xavier [Columbus, Ohio Infant Photographer]

I have been photographing sweet Xavier since he was in his Momma's tummy, and now he's 4 months old! I always enjoy my time with this family, and look forward to seeing how he's changed over time. Thanks again, Jessica & Marcus, for a fantastic session!

Chris, Class of 2010 [Columbus, Ohio Senior Photographer]

I met with Chris back in November for his Senior Portrait shoot. He has the neatest program at his school, that lets kids train to be firefighters and police officers while they are in school. He has been working at the Columbus Fire Department, and has just become certified to go out on runs. It was very important to him to have pics done at the firehouse and in his fire gear. I have to admit, it was a neat experience for me, and Chris is a great kid! Have a great Senior Year!

Meeting Christian [Columbus, Ohio Newborn Photographer]

Ahh...this sweet boy was pure newborn sweetness! I got to photograph him at the age of 7 days. He was the snuggliest, squishiest little guy. Once his momma got him to sleep, he didn't care what we did. And, best of all, I got some snuggle time in! That's totally the best part of my job. Thanks to Beth for such a great session!!!!

Miss Emma at 6 months [Columbus, Ohio Infant Photographer]

Could she get any cuter? I've been photographing Miss Emma since she was in her Momma's belly. She is about to be 6 months old, and boy she just gets cuter every time I see her. She wouldn't crack a smile at her 3 month session, but as you can tell, this session was different. She was full of smiles and personality. I can't wait for our future sessions!

The C Family [Columbus, OH Family Photographer]

I met up with this beautiful family last weekend. They have a 12 year old son, and three girls, ages 5, 2, and 9 months. We did a couple of family shots, and did individuals of the girls. Mom had the two older girls' pictures done in the same dress the baby is in here. It was important to her to have them all photographed in this dress. I think that is such a neat tradition. Winding Down for the Year

I will not be booking any appointments for the month of December, in order to spend some much needed time with my family. The only exception will be for newborn portraits.

The G Family [Columbus Ohio Family Photographer]

I've been itching to get my hands on this family for quite a while now :) I have known them since their oldest was about 2 years old, and Kendal's now 5 1/2! Seth is 2 1/2 and Baby Taylor is just about 6 months old. I just adore this family and their kiddos. We had a great time, and the kids were such little troopers. I had to post the last pic of little Taylor crying, because she's such a happy baby and full of smiles...but did not want to sit up! Once we laid her down, she was all smiles. Thanks to Alyssa and Scott for such a great session...and such cute kiddos! :)

I finally got a chance to take my sweet girl out for some fall photos. I spend so much time photographing everyone else, that I forget to take pics of my favorite subject! We spent some time taking pics, then headed to the park for some fun.

Isn't this family the absolute cutest?!?! I had such a hard time decided what to blog from their session. We got so many amazing pictures! This is Owen...he is almost 9 months old. He is such a handsome little guy...and was totally Mr. Stoic for our session! Mom was able to get a few smiles out of him. I had such fun with this family! Fun with Luke & Layton [Columbus, OH Child Photographer]

I had the chance to meet these two adorable little ones yesterday. Luke is turning 7 next month, and Layton is almost 2. They were SO fun!!!! Luke told me all about his teacher, and what he's learned in school so far this year. Layton was hysterical to watch as he galloped around the park! Such cuties!!!! Thanks Jennifer & Jason for braving the cold yesterday...and for a great session with your boys!!!

Fall Contest

For those of you that have followed me for a while, you know that I held a Premie Contest back in April, in honor of the March of Dimes. Well, this fall, I'd like to offer another contest. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss and Awareness Month, as well as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This contest is open to anyone who has lost an infant or pregnancy, or has been touched by breast cancer. Instead of submitting your story, I want you to submit a photo that shows how you support either pregnancy and infant loss awareness or breast cancer awareness. Get creative! For instance, you could dye your hair pink, and hold a sign that says "I am pink and support breast cancer awareness." The winner will receive a free session, a free 8x10, a proof album of all photos from their session, and 25% off all prints! Entries must be submitted by November 1st.
